With considerable experience in managing complex projects and working with large teams of both client and 3rd party specialists, Minardi Consulting provides the leadership necessary to ensure that the execution is on schedule and within budget. We assign a project manager to each implementation and our efficient and effective project management is enforced throughout all the phases of a project.
